Beth Bacher, MBA

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Beth joined HealthSouth in 2001. She received her bachelor’s degree from CPSU in California and a master’s degree in business administration in healthcare management from WIU in Phoenix. Her management provides support to clinical and administrative efforts, while maintaining positive customer relations. Her motivation comes from working with a dynamic team who is dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Greg Vigna

Greg Vigna

Medical Director

Dr. Greg Vigna started as medical director of HealthSouth Modesto on Oct. 1, 2017. He comes to HealthSouth Modesto with more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care and academic medical services in addition to previously serving in the medical director role. Dr. Vigna is an independent practice physician who is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. After graduating from Tulane Medical School in 1992, he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor Medical School in Houston. His undergraduate education was completed in biochemistry at University of the Pacific. His areas of interest include working with patients overcoming brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, catastrophic orthopedic injuries, spasticity management and rehabilitation of the complex medical patient.

Lisa Clawson

Lisa Clawson

Business Development Director

Lisa has been employed at HealthSouth Modesto since January 2017. She leads business development efforts and manages a team of nurse liaisons who assess patients for possible admission. In her role, she takes care of all hospital marketing, advertising, media requests, outreach and sponsorships, and brings more than 20 years of experience as an LVN working as a float pool nurse at Emanuel Medical Center, a supervisor for a cardiologist office and worked as the quality assurance manager for Golden Valley Health Centers 27 clinics.

Teresa Harrington

Teri Harrington RN, BSN, MSN

Director of Quality and Risk Management

Teri has been employed at HealthSouth Modesto since mid-2017 and brings more than 40 years of nursing experience. Teri holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from California State University, San Bernardino and a master’s degree in nursing from California State University, Dominquez Hills. In 1997, Teri was awarded Outstanding Alumna from California State University, San Bernardino for the Schools of Science. In the history of the university this was the first-time nursing had won Outstanding Alumna. Teri is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality. 

Tina Reed

Tina Reed

Director of Human Resources

Tina brings more than 20 years of human resources management expertise to her role at HealthSouth Modesto. She has worked in several business environments including retail, construction and for a local not-for-profit regional center that provided services to people with developmental disabilities. Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Stanislaus.

Seth Rogers

Seth Rogers

Controller

Seth Rogers, controller, joined HealthSouth Modesto in October 2016. He received his master’s degree in business administration in finance from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California and was awarded the Kaeslin Scholarship assisting with faculty research. He completed coursework in international finance and graduated with honors.  Seth served as manager and financial analyst with Foresee Orthopedics in Oakdale, California. He was controller for the Center for Independent Rehabilitative Services, Inc. and served his community as the business manager for the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department in Modesto.

Natalie Wilson

Natalie Wilson

Director of Case Management

Natalie Wilson has been employed at HealthSouth Modesto since November 2017. She has more than 19 years’ experience in healthcare having served 12 of those years in leadership roles in managed care in the health insurance industry. Natalie earned her master’s degree in business administration and healthcare administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, her bachelor’s degree from Governors State University and an associate degree in nursing from South Suburban College. Natalie is a Certified Case Manager and has her Chronic Care Professional certification.
